1. Identity of the Data Controller
This disclosure text is prepared by Telemar Elektronik Ticaret A.Ş. ("TELEMAR") within the scope of our obligation to inform you according to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). It aims to explain how we collect and use the data of visitors/users through the website located at https://www.milstok.com/ (hereinafter referred to as "Site").
This Privacy Policy pertains exclusively to personal data and does not cover data that is not considered personal data.

2.2. Collection, Legal Reasons, and Processing Purposes of Personal Data
TELEMAR conducts all personal data processing activities in compliance with KVKK and other relevant legislation, ensuring the safe storage of your personal data and taking necessary security measures to prevent illegal use.
You can access our policy on the Protection of Personal Data by visiting our page here. In the activities conducted on the Site, your personal data is collected by TELEMAR through the following channels either automatically or non-automatically in electronic form:
The “Contact” form on the Site, which allows you to communicate with TELEMAR and provide feedback and suggestions. Cookies and similar technologies on the Site (Cookies used on the Site do not, in principle, make the person identifiable; please review the Policies section below for detailed information). Your personal data can be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy for purposes such as visiting the Site, benefiting from the services offered on the Site, following up on the feedback and suggestions you provide through the Site, tracking your questions and answers regarding our products/services, system management, identifying issues, developing the Site, sending you important updates regarding changes to the Site and its terms, and responding to requests from official authorities or communication matters.
Within this scope, your personal data may be processed by TELEMAR without your explicit consent under KVKK Article 5/2 in cases where it is explicitly stipulated by laws, is necessary for the establishment and performance of a contract, is required to fulfill our legal obligations, is mandatory for the establishment, use, or protection of a right, is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the company, or if it has been made public by the user.
2.3. Sharing and Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties
Your personal data may be shared by TELEMAR with third parties located domestically and internationally, including storage, archiving, IT support (server, hosting, program, cloud computing, website content managers, etc.), business partners, service providers, consultancy firms, and other related parties where necessary for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, and for the purpose of ensuring the data security of the Site, among other specified purposes. This data may also be shared with official authorities such as law enforcement agencies, courts, or arbitration boards authorized to resolve disputes.

The personal data you share with TELEMAR through the channels mentioned in this Privacy Policy will be processed in compliance with KVKK, relevant personal data protection legislation, and other applicable laws, for as long as the purposes for which the data was collected continue to exist.
2.6. Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data is being processed. Request information if your personal data has been processed. Withdraw any consent you have previously given regarding the use of your personal data. Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used appropriately. Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or internationally. Request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately. Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the scope of the conditions set forth in KVKK. Request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data to third parties to whom the data has been transferred. Object to any outcome against you that is a result of analyzing your personal data exclusively through automated systems. Request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data. To exercise your above-mentioned rights, you can submit your requests along with identification information and documents by filling out the application form on our website or by preparing your request in compliance with the conditions determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority. You can send your application to our KEP address or email address from the email address previously notified to us and registered in our system (please check your email address in our system) or through secure electronic signature or mobile signature.

Please confirm the current application methods and content requirements from the legislation beforehand. Applications that do not comply with the content requirements determined by the Authority or are not submitted through accepted methods will not be accepted. TELEMAR will conclude your request as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, free of charge. If fulfilling your requests incurs a cost, we may charge you the fees specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
