TELEMAR conducts all personal data processing activities in compliance with KVKK and other relevant legislation, ensuring the safe storage of your personal data and taking necessary security measures to prevent illegal use.

2.6. Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to:

Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the scope of the conditions set forth in KVKK. Request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data to third parties to whom the data has been transferred. Object to any outcome against you that is a result of analyzing your personal data exclusively through automated systems. Request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data. To exercise your above-mentioned rights, you can submit your requests along with identification information and documents by filling out the application form on our website or by preparing your request in compliance with the conditions determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority. Please confirm the current application methods and content requirements from the legislation beforehand. Applications that do not comply with the content requirements determined by the Authority or are not submitted through accepted methods will not be accepted. TELEMAR will conclude your request as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, free of charge. If fulfilling your requests incurs a cost, we may charge you the fees specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
